Blair is a passionate and person-centred Neurological Exercise Physiologist with experience across early to late stages of neurological rehabilitation. Originally from North Queensland, Blair graduated from James Cook University in 2012 before undertaking his professional career within interprofessional community-based and sub-acute neurological rehabilitation services. Blair has worked across both the public and private practice sectors. Blair holds a Master of Clinical Medicine (Leadership & Management) to further his growth and development in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector. His treatment approach is to empower individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals that have influence in their lives.

Blair’s interests are across all neurological conditions with more specific interest in brain injury, concussion/mTBI, spinal cord injuries and early intervention in neurodegenerative conditions. These extend to include, high-level mobility and gait retraining, hydrotherapy, cycling assessments and re-training, spasticity management, sports re-training, re-integration for recreational activities, lifestyle and behaviour modification for long-term change, clinical education and service leadership and development.

With two children and a dog, family is a fundamental part of his life and will spend most of this time enjoying outdoor lifestyle the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
