Dr Clarke, originally from Adelaide, spent some time working in regional Queensland as a physiotherapist before training in medicine and neurology in South Australia. In 2023 he moved back to Queensland to pursue additional specialised Fellowship training in Neurophysiology under the guidance of Dr Winkel, he now joins Beach Brain as a highly qualified, broadly skilled Neurologist and Neurophysiologist. He also staffs the SCUH Neuromuscular and Motor Neurone Disease Clinics with Dr Winkel.

Dr Clarke is proficient in complex neurophysiological techniques and testing. Accompanied by an outstanding bedside manner, genuine concern for the well-being of his patients, and compassionate manner, he complements the team at Beach Brain wonderfully and is assisting our efforts to make the Sunshine Coast a National Centre of Excellence for Neuromuscular Disease, Diagnostics and Care.

Dr Clarke also has a hospital appointment at SCUH.
